Future Generation (2015-2050)
If u guys have the chance to upgrade yourself in the future, please do it and don't be left out. There are many degree holders as well as diploma hoolders out there, there would be more to come. As the younger generation progresses, many of them do not want to be left out. As degrees are within their reach, many would have got their degrees by the age of 18 and older. The girls have more privileged as they do not need to serve national service. Most guys once they reach 18, they have to serve national service for two years. there would be a two years gap. Eventually after their ns, they would take this three pathways work or study or work and study.
Future generation jobscope breakdown ( Some examples)
President - Doctorate
Prime Ministers and Ministers - Doctorate, PHD, Masters
CEO's COO Etc - Doctorate, PHD, Masters
Managers - PHD, Masters
Executives - Masters, Degree with Honours (1st, 2nd, 3rd)
Supervisors - Degree ( with normal passes)
Workers - Advance Diploma , Specialist Diploma, etc
Cleaners - Diploma and below.
So therefore please guys upgrade yourselfs. Don't waste your life.

Disappointed Degree holders
Competition is very stiff in Singapore. There are a lot of degree holders out there. To void of competition, some fortunate people upgrade further more by goin for masters and phds, while others after finishing their degree, they migrate overseas. There are many good opportunities while working overseas, more better exposure, better
pay, peaceful life etc. If I have a the chance to work overseas, I will go and won't come back to Singapore. My destination would be either Australia, India or Dubai. I would love to work in Dubai, because is it called the land of dreams, where all your dreams come true. I maybe wrong. Till now I do not know where my future lies. Hoping for a miracle to happen. Still waiting............................................................. God please help me out of these hell hole.

Goverment
The government always encourage us to improve ourselves, I heeded their advice and went to study for my degree. What I have heard is that most companies give priority to degree holders from NTU, NUS and SIM. Although most of us our results are not exceptional, therefore it is hard to enter these universities. That is why many of us either study overseas or go for long distance learning. Imagine studying overseas can cost u a bomb. For a two years course in Australia, accommodation, food, study materials, school fees can cost up to $30,000 or more. Not many people are not rich enough, they have to slog by working and studying to pay for their school fees. It is part and parcel in life. We should be pitied but unfortunately most companies are bastards, they want the best people in their companies. Cos of these we are being left out.
